Since my creations are hand-made, there are not two items exactly alike. There can be small variations in colour, and in the beads, feather, leather, shape, and metal decorations.
It is my goal to produce a high-quality product with as much skill as possible and to duplicate as closely as possible old native artifacts. I believe I do it well.
If you commission me to create an item of your own design (if you give me the colours, the designs and the shapes) you may be sure that it will not be duplicated without your permission. Let me know by e-mail if you do not want your commissioned item duplicated.. I may put the image of your item on the gallery, as an example of my work but will specify that this item is not for sale.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time.
If you desire a specific colour scheme, or want me to use certain materials, please, contact me.
If you are not sure of something, or need more informations, please, contact me before you place your order. E-mail me, I will respond as soon as possible.
All sales are final, the currencies are in US Dollars (in Euro for the German and French pages).

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted form. From the time you send your order until the time I receive it, your information is encrypted and unreadable. Your order will safely reach me and your information will never be publicly readable as it bounces through the Internet.

Order filling and shipping will be occurring during open store hours weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. When you give me an e-mail address, I will contact you if I have any questions about your order. On all items, I ship by registered mail as soon as I receive notification of the settlement (from paypal or paysystem). All the shipping have priority mail and are sent by registered mail. But depending on the geographic area, it can take between 2 or 10 days before the customer get his order. When the total cost of your order is more than $100, the sending is under insurance if the postal service allows it.
In the rare event that an item is damaged, claims for damaged merchandise must be filed with the post office by the customer, since the customer will have the item and packaging for proof of claim. If by any chance a package is lost in shipping, Ablaya's Gallery will file the claim as I have proof on all shipments.
Restricted Countries: Due to the number of fraudulent Internet Orders received from countries in Africa, I regret that I can only ship merchandise there on a prepaid basis.
I can not give refunds. However, I will exchange items if the original item is returned in its original condition. The customer has 10 days for sending it back after he received it (postmark being evidence). Before returning an item to Ablaya's Gallery, 14 Impasse des Cigognes, F-67590 Wintershouse, FRANCE, the customer has to contact me by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . Such return must be shipped at the customer's cost and must be insured if the item's value is more than $100 and if the postal service allows it. The customer is not obliged to send it by priority mail but has to send it by registered mail and to include a copy of the invoice.
Most of my products can be sent internationally. If in doubt about certain items, contact your local customs / postal official to determine which products can be legally imported. While I do know what I can export, I have no way of knowing what is legal for you to import into your country. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs / postal official to determine which products can be legally imported. I am not responsible for any importation fees and/or confiscated items.
Your country may have import duties or taxes that are due on your order when you receive it. I have no way of knowing what the cost will be, and you are responsible for these fees. If this is a concern, please check with your local customs / postal official before ordering. I am required by law to include a commercial invoice with all international shipments.
If there's any contestations, they will be processed by the tribunal of Strasbourg (France).
